More About Me
For the person looking to buy or sell a home, Max’s extensive years as a broker are key to his clients reaching their ultimate real estate goals.
Prior to becoming a broker, Max worked with his sister, a builder of high-end homes, for 10 years and gained invaluable knowledge of home construction. “Whether my client is selling or buying a home, I feel that my years working with my sister building custom homes has given me intensive insight into home construction that I can share with my clients,” says Max. “Understanding how a home is built from the ground up means that I can provide truly important information to help my clients make the best decisions.”A Northwest native, Max comes from a long line of real estate brokers starting with his grandfather back in 1930 who then passed the torch on to his mother. It was through them that Max learned how to fully represent his clients. “My Grandfather and Mom always said that selling a home is not as simple as putting a sign in the yard and waiting,” recalls Max. “It is about coming up with an innovative marketing plan that determines who the likely buyer of the property would be and reaching out to them through a variety of inventive marketing vehicles.” Max believes in the same approach when helping his clients find the right home. “Searching the Multiple Listing Service is one tactic, but many properties are not listed or have been taken off the market so having the connections and knowledge to find those hidden properties is key to providing my buyers with all of the potential properties,” says Max.
Max graduated from Washington State University with a degree in business and received a Master’s Degree in Japanese Language from the University of Foreign Languages in Kobe, Japan.
A proven negotiator, Max has been awarded for his sales results each year since he began his career in 2000.
